The registration fee includes :

* Cocktail reception
* Welcoming dinner
* Coffee breaks and lunches

If you wish to join the DMZ Tour, please add USD 70 to the registration fee.

Bank transfer should be made to the above account. Please send a copy of the bank remittance receipt to the secretariat by fax or e-mail to confirm payment.
The registrant's name must be indicated on the receipt.
All bank charges for registration fee transfer are borne by the registrant.
* If your payment is not received before September 30th (early payment deadline), you can pay the registration fee on site (USD 200).
* Upon submitting the Registration Form, you will receive a confirmation letter by e-mail to be included in payment details.
The registration fee does not include participant insurance for accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to arrange adequate personal insurance.
For group registration (and respective hotel reservations), please contact the Conference Secretariat.
Registration cancellations must be received in writing (by mail, fax or email) by specified dates to be eligible for a refund. Please note that all service charges incurred during the process will be the responsibility of the registrant.
- Before October 19th : Full refund excluding service charge.
- After 20th October : No refund provided.
